Logistics 1. Please indicate the specific vendors and when our orders will be placed/arrive. 2. Come up with the layout/arrangement for all the classes to be used for the break-out discussion.

Key Notes 1. Please prepare 2 garlands of flowers for the 2 GOHs and one bouquet of flowers for Mrs Poh. 2. All materials/vendors/prizes and souvenirs etc needed are to be submitted to logistics. 3. Logistics is in charge of contacting vendors and placing orders for ALL materials needed to the actual day. 4. As of now, we are giving personalised certificates and name tags (alike to the NHSS) to all participants, so Hospitality and Logistics please see to it. Other than these, we have decided to give each participating school a group souvenir, therefore this is something Hospitality will have to come up with and let me know/add it in your proposal ASAP.

Key Notes 1. You have to be clear that the event flow on that day depends greatly on the time of arrival of our GOH, so please be clear of what is going on at what time and be ready to make amendments to the flow at any time. 2. As of now I only have the events flow and things to be done, but just a reminder, EVENTS is in-charge of the namelist of all schools and participants, as well as breaking them up evenly into all the 12 separate groups. However, I am aware that our latest RSVP date is late June, so there is nothing much you can do until then, but I would still like a sample of the name list and how the schools and participants are going to be split up. In case you're wondering, your work should contain all the details and not just a brief overview. For example, Logistics should have the list of materials needed, quantity, vendors and estimated cost/budget.
